TO USE

2.Knead pack to soften.(if the temperature is so high,wrap a thin towel around the heat pack before using)

TO PREPARE FOR NEXT USE

1,Put the hardened heat pack into boiling water.Continue boiling for approximately 5minutes or until the crystals are competely liquided.

2,When the pack cools down, it is ready to be used again
